About Dr. Perez
Dr. Perez was born in Colombia, South America where he completed elementary school and high school with concentration in pedagogy at 15 years of age. He attended University at Libre de Colombia where he earned the degree of medical doctor and surgeon. Dr. Perez worked as a family doctor as well as emergency physician for many years prior to moving to the United States where he completed his residency at Flushing Hospital Medical Center in which he was appointed as a Pediatric emergency attending. He is also affiliated with Holy Cross Hospital and is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Perez is fluent in Spanish and his areas of interest include behavioral pediatrics, ADHD, Neurology, Obesity, as well Dysmorphology. During his free time, Dr. Perez enjoys spending time with his family, dog, cooking, and playing his accordion or guitar
